We or our associates have not received compensation for any product or services other than investment banking or merchant banking or brokerage services from the subject companies in the past 12 months.
We or our associates have not received compensation or other benefits from the subject company or third party in connection with the research report
Subject companies have not been a client of the Research Analyst for last 12 months

Individuals employed as research analysts by us (Research Analyst(s)) may have served in the past but not currently serving as an officer, director or employee of the subject companies in the past.
