We or our associates have not received compensation for any product or services other than investment banking or merchant banking or brokerage services from the subject companies in the past 12 months.
We or our associates have not received compensation or other benefits from the subject company or third party in connection with the research report
Subject companies have not been a client of the Research Analyst for last 12 months

Other Disclosures

Research Analyst is not serving as an officer, director, or employee of the subject companies.
We or our associates have not engaged in market making activity in relation to the subject companies
Individuals employed as research analysts by us (Research Analyst(s)) may have served in the past but not currently serving as an officer, director or employee of the subject companies in the past.

In accordance with Regulation 24(7) of the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014, We take full responsibility for the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client data used in conjunction with AI tools. We ensure compliance with applicable laws regarding the use of AI tools
